At Ash Resources, our dedication to quality and compliance is reflected in the rigorous standards we uphold across our operations. As an ISO 9001 certified company, we maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that is regularly audited to ensure consistent excellence in every aspect of our business. This international certification demonstrates our commitment to reliable processes and continual improvement.

In addition, our Matla plant was the first fly ash facility in South Africa to achieve formal SANS 50450 certification, meeting the country’s demanding specification for the use of fly ash in concrete. This accreditation highlights our leadership in product quality and operational reliability, ensuring our products comply with stringent local requirements. Both our production plants carry this certification.

Beyond national standards, our fly ash products also meet the exacting criteria of several international specifications, including EN 450 ‘S’ and ‘N’, ASTM C618b, BS3892: Part I, and EN 197, confirming their suitability as constituent materials in global markets.

SABS Approval is another mark of distinction for our products. The South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) is the national authority responsible for developing, promoting, and maintaining South African National Standards (SANS). SABS Approval signifies that a product has undergone rigorous testing and certification, assuring customers of its quality, safety, and reliability. Carrying the SABS logo provides peace of mind that our products comply fully with national standards and have been independently verified for excellence.
